Professional background
He became Government attorney in 1978 and from 1982 until 1984 he was in charge of the Resources Section of the Treasury Ministry. He was a lecturer in administrative law and public finance at the Universidad Internacional de Cataluña. He is a member of the Boards of Renta 4, Antena 3, Indra and Hispasat.
